if you don't feel ok where you are, my suggestion to you is move ! and if this other lady feels right, go there ..... things will unfold the way they are supposed to in time. Most important is you feel good about the place you work in. So long clients will feel well going to this place, then you have nothing to worry about. Signage on the street is important but clients leaving happy is even more important so weigh it out but feel good and ensure clients feel good too no matter where you are. My 2 cents worth.
